We are presently hiring System Support Officer (Outbound Sales). If have strong sales skills, are convincing and have very good communication skills. You are the one we are looking for.the primary responsibilities are:1. Responsible for contacting existing customers and selling products and services. 2. Actively matching the needs of the client with the features and benefits of the sell- able product. 3. Providing clients with relevant product information with the intention of selling said product. 4. Meeting Sales, Customer Service, Productivity, Compliance target
Candidate Profile:
1. Versatile customer service experience with an emphasis on client satisfaction and sales. 2. Previous Outbound Sales in a call centre setting an asset. 3. Good verbal communication skills in English, coupled with professional phone etiquette. 4. Proven ability to achieve targets with a passion for sales. 5. Ability to work in a team oriented environment. 6. Basic computer/Keyboarding skills
