Job Description
Receive customer calls as the first line of support
Record and track incidents/ work orders and complaints in a critical environment
Keep customers informed on request status and progress via e-mail or phone
Work in a 24x7 environment for US process
Make initial assessment of requests, attempt to resolve or refer further to the concerned
Monitor service desk queues to ensure ticket closure in a timely manner
Processing batch jobs and monitoring queue
Knowledge of fundamental operations of software, hardware and other equipment preferred
A BCA/ BCS/ B.Sc.(IT)/ BA/ BBA/ B.Com degree - only 2014 batch, fulltime course pass-outs may apply
50% or above aggregate in each of 10th, 12th and graduation
Degree completed within stipulated time frame (For e.g. 3 years for BCA)
No backlogs prevailing at the time of interview
Preferably done minimum 3 months technical training / diploma relevant to Tech Support / Remote IT Infrastructure Management / Networking / Server
Excellent communication skills
Successful candidates will be offered the title of Trainee (level A-1) with a salary package of INR 2.39 LPA. They will be required to enter a service agreement of 2 years and furnish a bond of INR 2 lac effective the date of joining at Fiserv India
This opportunity is not for IT Development / Testing profile and would only involve L1 support within 24x7 environment.
